VBA Gone

Guys, don't know if anyone can help on this one.

I have a access 2003 MDB split into FE on local machine and BE on a shared folder on a server.

For political reasons I have to upgrade this DB to access 2010

I have a VM with office 2010 installed - set up a trusted folder (my documents), make sure the shared folder can be accessed from the VM then i try to open the MDB file using access 2010 - get an error message along the lines the DB is corrupt and will be fixed, then the DB opens ok BUT......

All the VBA for forms etc has gone - no modules, no nothing

Anybody got any ideas ????

Please ignore - strange things happening here - for some reason the original file (a copy) that I was using for testing had become corrupted and all the VBA had gone, thought i was going quite mad
