Is it possible to turn text boxes and their labels 90 degrees in order for them to be vertical when looking at a page in landscape?

If so, could someone please explain it to me?

If this is impossible please tell me, so I can look for new things to try.

What are you attempting to do??? reports, that's what you are referring to I presume, can only be designed to be either Portrait or Landscape, you cannot have both in the same report, unlike Word, because word is a document processor not a database tool.

I think he is trying to make a label (say) into a vertical strip, with the legend reading downwards.

Actually, what I am trying to do is make the text read, if you turned the printed page 90 degrees, in the normal way, from left to right. There is two portions that need to be differentiated from each other. The first is a postcard style version that has all the data in a horizontal format. Then underneath that there is information that we, the company, will keep for our own records. This one is in a vertical format in our old db, and we want it all to fit on one page in portrait style.

Is that enough information?

Of course.

The data at the top of the design view is the postcard, and the data underneath that is all haphazard is what needs to become vertical. I have not been able to do much with them, since I have no idea how to rotate them.

It can only be done with Labels. So you can set the caption of the labels to the values of the textboxes in code.

A label has a Vertical property.
