I would like to make a webpage this is on a local network that people can enter a password and look at all the data for themselves.

Example.
List box contains all employee names.
Then when they choose their name, it prompts them for a password. Then it opens the employees Information page based on the choice they made.

I can do this in the database itself, but I would like to try this as a web based application.

Any ideas?

I am not exactly sure what you are attempting but have you tried to make a data access page in access database maybe then you could link it to the database using hyperlinks
