I have a report that produces the average of percentages, but they are not weighted depending on how much of the total job a person did. i.e. A does 20% of a job, but produces at 59% rate (rate determined by key speed, price of a project, and rate paid to the keyer). B does 50% of a job and C does 30% of a job. The auto average take the averages, adds them together and devides by three. I need it to be weighted by the amount of the job done. Help.
