Lest I forget my heritage:

08:15 scramble out of bed having slept in for work
08:16 headache tablet for hangover
08:17 pour a mug of black coffee and take it to bathroom to sip while showering (brush teeth in shower to save time)
09:00 manage to get into office with full breakfast roll - square slice; bacon; fried egg; tattie scone and fried tomatoes, wash it down with another mug of coffee
10:00 time to think healthy, get some fruit into the body, a fruit scone with strawberry jam will do the trick, another mug of black coffee
10:30 a mug of black coffee
11:15 a mug of black coffee, packet of crisps
12:00 at last it's lunch time, I'm starving. Scotch pie; chips with brown sauce. Feeling guilty about lack of veg in diet so buy a piece of carrot cake to compensate, and a mug of black coffee.
15:15 Someone's leaving so they bought chocolates, it would be rude not to. And a cup of black coffee.
18:00 Deep fried battered pizza, chips with brown sauce and a cup of black coffee.
19:00 A glass of red wine, Buckfast finest
19:15 another glass of buckies
19:30 get a larger glass, all this exercise is doing my head in.
20:00 realise the bottle is empty, find more alcohol, it's too early for bed and my head is buzzing, I'm wide awake
01:00 bed, may as well, already finished the dregs out of all the bottles in the house...

I prefer fruits and vegetables, and some juice to drink... But I am not a vegetarian.

Breakfast: 2 big cups of regular coffee. I know what everyone might say now but I just can't eat in the morning. If I eat before coffee I have a feeling that I swallowed a pack of stones literally.
Lunch: sometimes soup, sometimes I skip it but I always have a vegetable salad and meat with a side dish.
Dinner: I prefer soups or something light, steamed veggies or grilled fish or chicken.

Useually I only eat when Im hungry. I think your body can get used to having certain foods at certain times, and then when you miss a meal your body thinks its hungry but its not...

My doctor and I don't agree on this fine point.

I say I eat anything.

He says I eat everything.

SUCH a small nuance between those two viewpoints...
