09:00 - fruit smoothie, roll & sausage (if slept in and never got oats)
10:00 - water, three cups
13:00 - penne arrabiata, orange juice
19:00 - some chicken based meal usually
Mondays and Wednesdays I try to through some extra pasta down my gullet as I go to the dojo and attack people.
