OK, Im not sure how but its working in a fashion. Im not sure but I think it was because there was another table showing on the query when I opened it. I added a new field to the table at one point, I cant remember if I re-did the query. I just deleted what looked like a duplicate table, it had a 1 after the original name and the form is now opening blank with customer ID (PK) showing as 2. It says 1 of 1 record at the bottom on the scroll arrows though?

It would say 1 of 1 if Data Entry is yes, no matter how many records are in the table. If you enter a record it would then say 2 of 2. Then if you close the form and open it again, it would say 1 of 1. It's displaying the number of records entered while the form is open.
