Where is the expression builder in Access 2010 creating macros?

Where is the expression builder in Access 2010 creating macros?

See screenshots. One is 2007 and the other is 2010. I can not find where I can see the function list. Any help?

I don't use macros, but do you need to click the Actio Catalog/Show all actions button - see attached

I saw that one, but it does not give you the list of VB functions in your code.

The only other thing I can find is runmacro - click on the wand and 3 dots to open the builder - see attachment
