I have a two page word document that has just run over the standard A4 in size.

I know this can be done but do not know how. Can someone help.

My first page has just rolled over into my second page by a few documents. I would like to have the command "Shrink to Fit" or something like that.

If it's only a couple of lines can you alter the margins, the defaults are usually far larger than they need to be.

Thanks for the help but this is an old post. Try helping newer posts.

BTW I still have not solved the problem. There is a simple Button somewhere that says shrink to fit. I just cannot find it.

I had another go at it.

2007 is not the best for finding commands etc.

If you go to Print Preview, Preview, you will see Shrink One Page there.

I also have 2007 for AWF and for testing.

I still don't like it.

So no Brian it is not a mistake. Thanks for pointing it out though.
