WIndows security warning

Hi guys

I have build an Access database which is being used absolutely fine at many locations except in one location when some guys try to open the access databse then they get the following "Windows Security warning"

"Are you sure you want to copy or move file to this folder", "Yes","No"

Any advise would be much appreciated.

What code runs when the database is opened?

Sound slike a non MS piece of software from the message box title as well. What software is running on the affected PCs?

Actually, a bit of googling reveals that this error could relate wo the URLMON.DLL file in Windows 7. Are they using this version?

I really don't understand why this windows warning comes up when the users try to open the Access database on some PCs in some location. Could you please give me step by step solution of the problem.
