Would it be right to create Relationship as attached Sreccn Shot ..? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Using Access 2007. Learning through Forum and books.
I created five Tables tbl1 to tbl5. Have created relationship
as attached screen shot.
What are Pros and Cans. Are some relationship in screen shot unnecessary ?

I am assuming that this post is not a joke.

From wikipedia:

Obfuscation (or beclouding) is the hiding of intended meaning in communication, making communication confusing, wilfully ambiguous, and harder to interpret.

If you have some real issue underlying this, then present the real issue. Without some comprehensible terms it is impossible to guess. What you have shown is virtually incomprehensible. At least arrange the tables so that the criss-crossing of relations is minimised.

Hi spikepl,

No sir this is not joke. I had made three tables in real life situation. So was trying
to see in the relationship by these five tables. I am really sorry if I offended any pros or Experts.

I created Three Tables
1. tblCountries (pk CountryID auto,countryName, ..etc)
2. tblProductTypes (pk ProdTypeId auto, TypeDescrip)
Junction table tblCountryNTypes

with CountryNTypeID pk auto then created Index with CountryId+ProdTypeID
ProdTypeID Unique Via Index electric Icon. so that I can have only one record
with country and ProdType (no duplicates)

Now I tried Form Creating frmTest with two Comboboxes
CmbCountry Combobox populating tblCountries, than CmbTypes
Populating when CmbCountry is Chosen, If there is no related ProdTypeID
with that country in tblCOuntryNTypes it will be blank other wise
will populate with related ProductTypes..
Rowsource of CmbType I tried via row source property I am unable to do.

further more what I would like that if there is no related ProctType with that
country in tblCountryNtypes table I should be able to new record to tblCountryNTypes.
either via open new popup form ADD Country and Types.
if ProdructType not available how I add new ProductType in the tblProdTypes .

This was the reason I was making those table and see. what way I could do.
That was not joke sir. Did not mean to Offend you.

I have narrated Tables and relationship I may be right or wrong in Junction
table.

Yes I played with computer from the time of CPM+, dBase, Delphi

But looking at screen shop Redundancy cop came.
Lot of redundant data in tables..... let me remove and see...till than great day.
