XP Developer Error

I am using Office XP and Office XP Developer to package Access database. I get the error OFFWH, Message: Automation error. Library not registered when I begin the package. I have 2000 Office and developer previously, though it might be left over issue for even reformatted the workstation, still get the error when I begin a package. Most of the databases are old 2000 ones, but it comes up with a fresh XP database, just created.

Any help appreciated.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Office Devolopers app?
