XP style buttons

How do I use XP style buttons like the "Inventory Management Database" example? I am using Acess 2003...

go to 'Tools' then 'Options' the 'Forms/Reports' then check 'Use Windows Themed Controls on Forms'

is that why my A2003 show sunken controls differently to A2002 and A97 (they don't really get sunken!)
