I attached a screenshot of the form in an earlier post. It might be best to take a look at that because i'm thinking what I'd like to do must be fairly simple (just not for idiots like myself).
There are two parts to the form - at the top there are basic details to fill out regarding the circumstances of the inspection (where, when, who), then there is going to be a set of standard questions, against which the entree must answer yes, no, n/a and record any notes/comments.
I've been setting this up as a form with a subform on it (containing the questions) - is this where i'm going wrong? Obviously, i will need to run queries and reports on responses to these questions so they each record has to be recorded individually.....
