A charity I volunteer at would like to purchase a MsAccess 2003 database to keep historical data on their stock investments.

Any suggestions on how to find such a database?

Thank you

Or you can ask for someone to design one for you, fully customized to your needs.

Usually brokerages can provide online tools, I think I even heard of an online one that manages multiple accounts. Also, a simple yahoo account let's you set up portfolios to track investments.

Thank you for your suggestion which the Charity is using for watching their stock performance, but they want a database to show the donations of or purchases of stock market instruments at cost.

I will suggest that they hire a programmer to help them with this project.

Thanks

My short take, considering it is a charity, is to think out-of-the-box and consider using Linux and a Linux based database instead of MS Windows. These can be obtained free. But I would have to acknowledge a new learning curve that could be quite a challenge. Currently, I am experimenting with Base and I am at the bottom of the learning curve.

Thank you for your information and we will try and build the database that we need
