Actually, I don't recall seeing an official statement of retirement. However, I know her health has been bad lately, I believe with one of the many intestinal disorders to which Mankind is susceptible. However, that doesn't narrow it very much. I recall when I had such problems, my Gastro guy said that before the first blood test or scan, we had something like 630 possibilities of which maybe about 30 to 35 were most likely. So saying "digestive or intestinal upset" doesn't rule out much.
