Import data from a worksheet in a closed spreadsheet.

Hi,

I've had no luck finding a solution.

I need to import selections of data from a worksheet in another excel spreadsheet.

Data import is OK, but I cannot select a worksheet or a selection in that worksheet only the first worksheet and the entire page!

The import wizard should allow you to select a sheet and a range.

K, all I need to know is how to specify a selection, I dont want/need the whole worksheet, but a portion of it.

The wizard is Data -> Import external data?

Could i have an example pleasE?

Well thanks..

All i needed was someone to tell me to copy the data -> paste special and select copy link.

There is very little help available on here...
