The idea of "moderator should not be a member of the forum they moderated" implies one moderator for each forum on the site.
The idea of separate moderator vs. member threads isn't bad, except that I would make the "separate member" account a VIP account because that way you don't face a ton of advertising and can get to a necessary work area faster.
AWF, let there be peace
In one of my posts, I mentioned how I respond to a thread or even behave on every forum.
If I remember correctly, someone corrected me for saying 'sir' to Pat, as I didn't know for sure that she's female.
I also looked up to moderators, thinking about how they work on AWF, but seeing these things happen seems so sad.
We're commonly involved with Microsoft Access, in the way that we're used to it.
Through the owner/staff/moderators of AWF, we could see if the rules are applied as they respond to each post.
Some thread posts may not be part of MA topics, but they exist.
Then who could moderate the moderators? Is the restriction needed to avoid stirred arguments?
We keep learning the rules of MS Access, but in some ways, behaving in our arguments has misconceptions.
If the limits have been surpassed, then could we create new directions to step into?
I'm thankful to AWF and seeing things how these forums are applied to new levels is challenging.
