Hello
I am helping a home business transfer their MsAccess 2003 databases from a XP O/S to a Windows 7 O/S
The reports with sub forms that work on the family’s XP Computers are not being populated on their 2 new Windows 7 machines
Attached is an example of two reports with their sub forms that work on their XP computers but not on their Windows 7 machines
Your assistance will be appreciated
Thank you
Paul

Any error number/description?
Could you give some more detail, "not being populated" is very widely, what exact to look for?

Thank you for your note.
On the 2 Windows 7 machines No Data Appears in any of their MS Access 2003 Sub Forms

By me no problem, I'm running Windows 8 and MS-Access 2010.

Thank you for your note, but the Database's Report's sub form is not printing multiple lines.

Do you have any suggestion as to how to fix this problem

Thank you

Paul

No, not if the picture shows the report correct!

Hi guys
I had a quick look at the db yesterday and got the same result JHB. I tried it using A2003 on Windows7.
The OP speaks about a sub form on this report, presumably he/she means a sub report, but I couldn't actually see a sub report control. Perhaps I just didn't look properly.

Thank you for your assistance.

I have recreated the report and sub report on the Windows 7 machine and the report now prints properly

Thanks
Paul
