Access asking for Outlook Profile

Hi.

I have an Acess 2007 database containing a linked public folder from Outlook 2007 in it.

The user only has one outlook profile and that is set to be the one that opens in the control panel. When outlook is started it does not ask for the required profile, however Access does.

If anyone can shed any light on this iritating problem, it would be great.

I have created a new outlook profile and deleted the old one, to no avail.

I have 4 workstations, 3 of which do not have this problem. I have also ensured that the profile name for each outlook user is the same.

Thats a fairly Outlook specific question.

I have never done what you are doing. I have only seen once that in Access if Outlook was not running I needed to use Outlook.login method to "login" to the persons profile. It seems that if outlook was running then outlook handled this, but if another program was initiating a new outlook object you needed to tell it to login.
