I have created a list in which there are "Task and comment" fields. What I want to do is the form that I have created based on "list" to open the from another table with a Task field which is a lookup field from the list and edit comments on some of the records every day that I do not want to store in the table but want to save this form in a word document and close the form. What Should I do to achieve this?
