Access format

Under options - advanced- default file format I'm able to select Access 2000 or Access 2002. Most of my dbases were made in Access 2000. Does it make a lot of difference if the DB is changed to the Access 2002 format.
I'm currently working with Access 2002 and Win XP.

If you convert to 2002 format you will not be able to work with the file in Access 2000.
