I think all of the Logo's the Jon likes should be placed on a page for us to vote on!

BTW....wasn't there copy/trademark rights that must be taken into consideration when using the Microsoft Access logo?

i dont think microsoft will mind the copy thing becasue this foruem is helping/advertising there product, so they are very much benifiting from it, they are gettin a forem totally related to there product without all the maintance involved. so i dont think they will mind really.

copyright permissions

You can always go here for copyright laws with MS. They are genrally pretty liberal.

MS Permissions:

"EXCEPTIONS: Use of our icons is permissible in relation to a training manual or documentation written for and/or about a Microsoft product."

You do have to be careful and always check on the copyright laws of the creator's graphics.

PowerPoint to html to rip gif. As with everyone else not allowed lovely graphics package at work!
However this site has come to my first aid so many times and you need all the support you can when starting that dark road into Access.
My pathetic attempt. . . . .

im not too sure about the last one the "jarheadjim"'s one. a bit plain, but i think "John Jnr's" one with the amberlance is really cool. i think u need one with a bit of comic, or picture in it.

CoolText.com is COOL! But their Button generator isn't working right now, only their Logo generator... Hopefully that'll be fixed soon!

Is the moderator going to eventually select one of these images or what? I've noticed this happen in the past in other forums where people where asked for suggestions and then the forum totally went a different direction...

Jon had replied and said that he was really busy right now and currently in the process of moving (which anyone who has moved can sympathize). So, i'm sure when all that settles down, he'll let us know how he wants to select a logo.

IMHO, John Jr's first ambulance logo seems to fit this crowd's personality, I think. LOL... they were all pretty wonderful, but I felt more comfortable with that one. Just seemed to click with me.
