Add new field to report (1 Viewer)

I was wondering if it is possible to add a new feild to an existing report because I don't feel like reformating the style an existing report. Or is it possible to create a new report and copy the layout(header/footer) from the existing report. Any help would be appreciated.

To add a new field to a report, change the report's recordsource query to include the new field and then add the new field to the detail section.
