Found this article from Dave's Garage. If you don't know Dave, he's a former MSFT employee. One of his prominent contributions (but far from the only one) was Task Manager for Windows. He has some fascinating articles about old and new topics. You might find some interviews with Dave Cutler, one of the primary authors of WinNT, the first version of Windows that WASN'T a layer riding a DOS nucleus.

Dave talks fast but he explains the current idea of AI LLMs in a fairly simplistic way. You might find it entertaining.
