All or nothing Function?

I have a form called Employees and a sub-form called Availability, which lists area names where the employee can work. I was wondering if there's a way to make a button or something that can be clicked to automatically select/deselect all areas for that particular employee??

I realise this would involve creating multiple entries in the relationship table (its a many-many relationship) but if there's a way to save time for the end user then there's got to be a way... Please help!

Probably, but not knowing your structure makes it hard to be specific. I would guess you can run an append or delete query to add/drop the entries, then requery the subform.
