applications width and height

Hi,
Does anyone know how to set the application's width and height? I have an access application and I want to resize the applicatoins' with and height, NOT the forms!
is this possible?

Have a look at twips
1in = 2.54cm or 25.4mm
1in is equivalent to 1440 twpis
1in =2.54cm = 1440 twips
2.54cm = 1440 twips
1cm = 1440 / 2.54 twips (566.92913)

Xcm = 1440 / 2.54 * X twips
