Basic straight forward help

Hi.
I have been studying and been off DB's for a year. but getting back on DB'S now!!!

Some dead simple help required. I have forgotten how to get data auto input on my form.

I have 2 tables. 1 called staff and another called sessions.

Table staff has fields~:
ID
Name
Address
Hourly rate
.........

Table sessions has fields~:
ID
Session date
Staff (Drop down from staff table using relationships 1 to many)
Charge
................

I want that when i select staff in the sessions table it will auto place the hourly rate from staff table into the charge on session table.

I can do it in form on after update or whatever best.

Further to Paul's link, I'd suggest no spaces in field names--it will save you some syntax issues sooner or later. I would recommend use of forms, never direct manipulation of tables.
