Blank fields

I have three fields in access query that I'm trying to sum.

FallMICAStudentaid4Amount + SpringMICAStudentaid4Amount = TotalMICAStudentaid4Amount

The two fields that I'm trying to sum are blank and will like to show 0 in total field.

Use the NZ() function?

One thing you need to consider is how you manage the difference between a value that's 0 because the answer is zero, and a value that's zero because it needs completing. It's always tricky.
