Question Break-Even Line Needed

Hi Guys,

Im making a training database for my team.
I have made a graph in access which shows number of hours of training conducted by each individual.

Now every individual needs to have 20 hours of training every month and i want it to be indicated on the graph as a red line.

Please assist.

Instead of the Red Line set the Y Axis Scale manually; Min = 0, Max=20 and increment by 1. Now, whoever is not touching the 20 hrs. mark on the top can be easily detected.
