Building a database for a rentel compeney

Does anyone have a clue, an idea of how to build a database for this business?
its about a rental company renting out in the summer sports accessories, u can only rent for a full week so there are from 1-8 weeks to rent out,
the renters must pay a deposit of 600$ regardless of how long they rent it, when they finish the rent the company calculate who Owens for who,
to make it a bit more difficult, the items which are rent out, don't have a fixed price, because it depends on the season, can be cheap but can be expensive,
