changing report header based on conditions (1 Viewer)

Hallo Everyone,

I have a report which gives the result from the conditions selected from a form. I get the correct result but I need to enhance the quality of the reports. In this case I need to change the report header dynamically. Is there any way to update the report header based on the conditions.

Example:

If I open the report with the name = A* and age > 30 then the report header must contain

"The report with name = A* and age > 30"
