Hi there,

I have a Merge query which is showing the following data:

ID Name Colour Code
1 Peter Red 3000
1 Peter Red 8000
3 John Yellow 8000
3 John Yellow 3000

...and a SELECT query showing the following data:
ID Name Colour Code
1 Peter Red 8000
2 Kim Green 8000
3 John Yellow 8000
4 Sal White 8000
5 Pip Black 8000

What I would like to do is merge them together so that the following result appears.
1 Peter Red 8000
1 Peter Red 3000
2 Kim Green 8000
3 John Yellow 8000
3 John Yellow 3000
4 Sal White 8000
5 Pip Black 8000

I tried to merge the MERGE query together again with the Select query but it didnt seem to work as intended. Is there an easier way to get this result that I am missing?

With Thanks.

I would use a UNION to combine the SELECT, but I'm not familiar with the term MERGE.

What exactly is a Merge query?
Cam you show us your SQL?

I had a UNION ALL query(sometimes referred to as MERGE in access) and wanted to join this to another UNION ALL query, which has now worked. Initially it was throwing an error but it was down to the field. Thanks foe the help anyway:)
