Combo Box number rounding up problem(!) (1 Viewer)

Hello there people - I am Stewart from Uk and am developing an asset database for railway maintenance comnpany - but have come across following problem and reeeaaallly hope that someone may be able to help.. Cheers for reading.

I have to store a location mileage in miles and yards eg. 12.0220 -- where the value following the dec point can be from 0 to 1759 (obviously because there are 1760 yards in a mile)... I have a combo box where the user will select from a list of level crossings showing the mileage but the combo box keeps ROUNDING UP the mileage - which I can't have, obviously because there is no such thing as 1mile 1800 yards. When the combo box query is run it produces correct results, but as soon as its in the combo box it gets rounded up!!! - Can anyone help me with this???

Its ok people i've sorted it - silly me - it was just format(Mileage,"###0.0000") in combo box query. oh dear - it is Monday morning after all...
