Is the Compact that you did part of a Compact & Repair
operation. If the only change made was compacting, then
something is wrong?
If you don't have a seperate Repair option, then you could
experiment with importing all objects into a New, Blank
database. If that works then chalk it up to experience.
Otherwise, you can export some of these as text objects and
try importing them. That works sometimes.
First, make sure that this behaviour is not the result of
table, query or form changes.
