Hi Guys

I have a db that after opening the main form gives the option of entering a booking for a customer already registered. So on the bookings form i have a lookup combo box running to retrieve the name from the client table this bit works fine. I have then created text boxes to enter booking info to then save onto the bookings table, again this works fine, the issue is when i reopen the form to create a new booking the old information is still there and when i update the information it only amends the previous booking ?

Any Ideas

if you change the dataentry property of your form to yes you can add new ones only and not edit them if that is what you are looking for
