Corruption Problem

i had imported my DB to a new Db and the Echo start to work but after 2 days it went wrong again, can someone tell me what causes to get corrupt?

The best ways to corrupt an Access database, in my opinion:

- Running the program over an unstable network, including wireless
- Having multiple users share the application over the network without splitting the front end and back end.

Any of these apply?

Hi pat
would you recommend Sp1 for Access 2010 per my experience it made me a hard time, (i don't remember the details...) .

i am using windows 7 office 10, i found myself with a lot issues after installing a internet filter, is it a possible connection?
