creating toolbar

Hi,

I have a database on the network. i am hiding all toolbars so when someone open's the database it does not have no toolbars, I have done that and it works great. What I need to do now is add a new toolbar with basic buttons, e.g. copy, paste and sort buttons. How can I create a toolbar using code and have it put on to the machine.

Your help and response will be greatly appreciated.
