Crosstab search (1 Viewer)

Hi there,

I am trying to do a search on Crosstab query in main form.

In my database, i have main form. in the main form has comb box called cboYear to add a searched criteria. below the main form i also have subform bounds to crosstab query called qrAppliances.

Code:
[Year]=[Forms]![Main Form]![cboYear] Or [Forms]![Main Form]![cboYear] Is Null

Where
True


Problem:
The code works fine in simple select query but when i switch to crosstab. It does not seem to work.

How can i workaround this please?
PS. the attachment is the error message.

Hi Xaysana
I have found that a crosstab query has some limitations. Maybe this is one of those?
If you are getting the correct result from a select query, why not get the form to check the select query, but display the cross-tab?
