Date update upon modification

So I want it to update the DateModified field each time a value in the Hours field is modified through the form

That is what you need to do. Add the code I attached to the before or after update event of the Hours field. Use what I did in that field and see if it work.

I made the change and it is working now. Please compare mine to yours and you will see the difference.

I actually put this code.

me.DateModified.value = Now()

in the before update event. Please see the sub and you will see what I am talking about.

It was working for me, by evidence of the table having dates.

I can tell where you errored, you had that line of code in the properties box instead of in a sub. You understand how don't you?
