Delete Table Contents in Access and Upload New Data

I have a button for replace means when clicked, it will delete the current data of the table and upload a new file. it will upload via an excel file.

SQL?
Import?

on the uploading part, make sure your excel file have
same columns structure as your table.
same number of columns against the number of field in your table (excluding AutoNumber).
same column name against the field name in your table,
same datatype.

this will make the import process smooth.
