Distinguishing data

Hi all,

I am having difficulty distinguishing between two same surnamed individuals.

I am providing my sample which provides my provides my problem.

I have two same surnamed individuals but when I highlight them in the form the same data appears in the subform.

Every table should have a Primary Key. The primary key prevents duplicates.

clearly the surname alone is not sufficient. you need to consider something besides the surname.

this is why dealing with very large numbers of people can be very tricky.
