Dlookup error message??

I have a question regrad to Dlookup() functio;
I Have this
=DlookUp("[Esti-Time]",“K-Sumary-Time-V2", "[AssemID] = '" & AssemID & "'").
but i got this message You may have an Operand without an operator.

You may need to bracket the table name due to the inadvisable symbols in the name.

If AssemID is numeric, will the single quotes be needed?

That would most likely yield a "Data Mismatch" error instead.
