Hi,

How do you change to a new line in the body text? Because I want to have a simple table output.

Here's what I used in the past.

strBody = "'Food: savings available to your trust from new national agreements' - Report 6" & vbCrLf
strBody = strBody & "(the alternative savings are calculated by multiplying the band 1 volume in multiples of band 2 quantity by the difference between band 1 and band 2 prices)" & vbCrLf & vbCrLf
strBody = strBody & "Report 6 - all POTENTIAL SAVINGS available if you are able to migrate from ordering at band 1 to band 2. i.e. moving from unit to case where feasible" & vbCrLf & vbCrLf
