ERD Software Recommendations (1 Viewer)

Can anyone recommend easy to use software for generating visually stunning ERDs? I'm more concerned about find a nice tool that build something that looks nice when viewing the completed diagram over actually having to import it to create tables, etc..

I did use the community edition of ErWin and the community edition of TOAD when both were free. But each has dropped the limited, free, community editions. There are fee-based options for these.

I have used Visual Paradigm (free) for helping with questions on a few forums.
"Visually stunning" is in the eye of the beholder.

What is the scope of your potential use of such a product?

I just want to be able to see or mock up some table structures. It's more for proof of concept type tasks, or demonstration type purposes. I was thinking of something that could allow me to create tables and then click to connect them to setup the relationship.

Is your potential use specific for Access databases?
Both Erwin and Toad community editions could generate Access tables and relationships.
Visual Paradigm does not generate MS Access directly, but you can code/manipulate generated materials to import to Access.
