We just moved into a new office and. We are running a shared Access database on a network server, as we did in the old office. We use Access 2010 (have been for about 6 months) and the default file format is Access 2003 -2003.

For some reason all the event procedures in my forms do not run. i'm some setting has changed but I am not an expert and I created this database.

More details please.
Any error messages?

Do you have the correct permission to the tables/views?

Try creating a new procedure for one thats not working and see if it works?>

To: jdraw, YNWA,

No error messages. And my assistant just opened the database and the events work for him.

I will try and redo one of the procedures. Will try that midday when assistant can close the db and I have full access

Check your "Access Settings" - "Trust Center Settings" - "Macro Settings" to make sure that Access is not on the highest settings (Disable all macros without notification)

Hi jkl0,

That didn't do it, but I checked all the other settings and compared them to what my assistant had checked. Made one change which I didn't think would do it. Saved the settings. closed the db and opened it up again. Got a message and enabling something (sorry don't remember exactly what). Anyway checked to trust all and it asked me if I wanted to make this location a trusted location. Works fine now. Thanks everyone for all your help!
