Excel import error

"An error occured while trying to import (path). The file was not imported."

I've imported hundreds of things into this database over the last three years, now suddenly I get this. This is a file created as .CVS then imported into .XLS and now I'm trying to get it into Access. New computer with Access and Excel 2000. Access doesn't freeze or offer any help. Any suggestions?

Try importing from the .csv file directly.
