Excel Pivot field list sorting (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

I have looked around and haven't been able to get a solution to my problem: I need to sort the field list of the excel pivot table (when you click on the field to expand it to have the available fields sorted).
Does anyone know a solution to this? Thanks in advance!

Howdy. If you have XL 2002/2003, then you can. In the Pivottable where you have that list, right click and choose Field Settings. Then in lower right corner, choose Advanced. On the left it gives you the option to sort ascending or descending or Manual (default).
