Filter criteria tied to a combo box (1 Viewer)

OK, I've got two questions regarding filters, more specifically, criteria for filters:

(1) Is there any way to make the selection from a combo box the criteria for a filter?

(2) Is there any way to set the criteria so that it will return similar words. For example, if I want to filter for 'azgambit' in my table and in the parameters box all I type is 'azg' it will return with matches for all words beginning with 'azg'?

Thanks folks, this is probably easy, but it's got me stumped. I searched through the forums, but was unable to locate anything. If this question has already been answered, please point me in the right direction.

OK, disregard the first question, I managed to find the answer in the forums. It really helps if you use good search terms <duh> I feel like an idiot.

However, if anyone can help with question #2, I'm still searching.
