I have read many post in many forums and all seem to differ with regards to the instructions given, plus sometimes you guys assume that the poster knows more than the basics.
I have a database, "Customer Bookings", within the database I have a form called "Bookings". I want to be able to click on a button and send the current entry of that form by email but as a PDF file.
I know most of you will say create a Report, but it doesn't work for what I use the form for as the form does ad-hoc calculations as you go from field to field.
All I need please is instructions on how to send the current entry of my booking form as a pdf to mrblooby @ gmail . com (email address is made up but please use it plus form name in your replies as I said not an expert here) many thanks

I'm not sure why you are against the Report as you can do you ad-hoc calculations in the Report. You want to eMail a .PDF which one creates from a Report not a Form.

Hi Gina

Thanks I am currently looking into creating a report and trying to get it to do everything that I have made the form do then replace it, but my reason for wanting to go along the form side of things was because I couldn't get the report to do everything that the form did, but I'm working on it and will post again if I get stuck
